Location
This project is located at the intersection of Southside Blvd. and Kuna Rd. on the south side of Nampa.

Description
The intersection is currently a two-way stop-controlled configuration. East and west traffic on Kuna road is stopped controlled while the north and south traffic is free flow on Southside. The project will reconfigure the intersection into a roundabout.

Need for Project
This intersection is currently configured as a two-way stop-controlled. A roundabout in this location is expected to improve safety and mobility for both the Southside Blvd. and Kuna Rd. corridors. The project will fit the context of a roundabout corridor for Southside Blvd. This corridor currently has roundabouts planned at the intersections of Southside & Lewis, as well as Southside & Deer Flat.
