Description: The road will be pulverized, re-shaped and compacted, then resurfaced with new asphalt pavement.

Restrictions: Locust Lane will be closed to all but local traffic needing to reach properties along the project site. Project site will extend from McDermott Road to Nampa City limits. For the first and second stages of construction, east-west traffic will initially be detoured along Greenhurst Road and north-south traffic along McDermott Road or Happy Valley Road. For the third stage of construction, east-west traffic will be detoured along Lake Hazel Road and Greenhurst Road and north-west traffic along McDermott Road or Happy Valley Road.
