As you’ve heard there is a new roundabout coming to the intersection of Southside Blvd. & Deer Flat Rd. NHD will be closing the full intersection on May 8th to begin construction. The entire intersection of Southside Blvd. & Deer Flat Rd. will be closed to all traffic. This is a hard closure at the immediate intersection NHD anticipates the project will take approximately 6 months to complete and is projecting to have the roundabout reopened by November 2025. Nampa Highway District will be constructing this project with its own crew.
